The majority of our clients come to us because they are looking to purchase a home.  We are able to help from clearing errors of the smallest like an old 30 day late to more complicated issues that other credit repair firms neglect to address as these are what can make or break you from qualifying for that home loan.  We have a unique approach in that we have hired some of the best Underwriters from the mortgage industry to assist our Team in reviewing credit when the goal is home ownership to make sure there is nothing detrimental done on the repair side that will inhibit one from buying their home. Although we cannot 100% guarantee this will not happen we do take every opportunity to communicate with lenders, stay on top of mortgage guidelines and make sure that we align ourselves to do the best we can for our clients as aggressively as possible but with a personal touch so that home can be yours.  Our underwriters work closely with our repair specialists who in turn works with you the client to keep us all on the same page so we can get you in & out of the process as quick and hassle free as possible.
