Regional Sales Manager

Summary: Manages sales activities of the company. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. Assigns territory to sales personnel. Reviews market analyses to determine client needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, develops new sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company. Represents company at trade association meetings and/or functions to promote services. May recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise, coach and develop outside sales personnel 
  • Generate new business through effective prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, presentation, networking and other outbound marketing activities, 
  • Maintain and grow current accounts and drive revenue 
  • Enhance the quality of customer service 
  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue goals
  • Monitor and control budgeted expenses

Customer Service Representative

Summary: Customer Service Representative is to serve as a direct point of contact for customers. CSR will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and will resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer questions in response to billing inquiries, account status, etc. Computer knowledge is important, as is excellent telephone etiquette. 
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to get along with a variety of people 
  • Computer knowledge and terminology is preferred

Account Manager

Summary: Promote and sell services with strong emphasis on meeting customer needs. Provide prompt, friendly, courteous and accurate service. Ensure that security procedures are followed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Sell, promote and explain all products and services offered through the RPD
  • Proactively work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Utilize client contacts to develop sales leads 
  • Proactively contact prospects via phone and outside calling activities to identify new clients and referral sources
  • Proactively profile customers to determine appropriate services
  • Ensure documents are properly collected and processed
